MAIN TASKS:

• Manage the "Information Technology" process.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures.

• Perform risk assessment (IT and Date security).

• Ensure the budgetary management of the IT department.

• Monitoring and validation of project schedules.

• Monitoring and validation of project reports (Scurve, Burndown chart, Burnup chart).

• Animate the Daily Briefing session

• Manage recruitment in the IT department.

• Plan and animate internal IT and self-Management training.

• Evaluation of the members of the IT team.

• Ensure the good functioning of the IT network (LAN, WAN, VPN).

• Ensuring and monitoring the security of data.

• Ensure the technological intelligence "Hardware and Software" in order to propose improvements for the evolution of the hardware and the software used.

• Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of computers & server equipment.

• Ensure digital backup of all existing data on the server in accordance with the digital backup procedure.

• Create and update the websites.

• Ensure the achievement of objectives.

• Ensure compliance of the IT with adopted standards.

• Deal with the IT process non-conformities (brainstorming and 5 whys method) including customer complaints.

• Follow-up of corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.

• Carry out internal IT audits.

QUALITY TASKS:

• Actively participate in the improvement of the Quality Management System by proposing improvement actions

HSE TASKS (Health Safety Environment):

• Detect and assess security risks.

• Show staff, new recruits, and guests the basics of Safety "Safety Induction":

• Detect and assess environmental risks
